It's mid-summer, yay. I've been spending my time painting a mural of a park inside a building. It's for a dog grooming business called "Dog Gone Beautiful". I'll post pictures as soon as its finished. I hope it turns out okay.

I'm going on freeze for awhile. I can't tell you how long awhile will be, though. I haven't been able to submit anything at all, really, so I know you won't miss me. I've been having lots of problems in my daily life lately that have caused me to become psychotic. I'll return to normal someday soon. If you can't handle me, then do what some people are doing and just ignore me. But if you still love me and can handle it, talk to me anytime. State testing is next week. I'm not worried though. I've got papers to write and projects to do. School is going to be crunching as the last quarter draws near. I'm in the school musical with rehearsals 4/5 days a week plus traveling dance troupe around Florida. I've got my hands full.
In painting we've been working on murals for multiple intelligences. I like some of the eight murals, then I hate some. Hopefully I can snag some pictures of them and post them asap. It all depends. I've got a new canvas painting underway, sometime I will finish it.

I'd like to know how everyone out there is doing, too. Keep me posted.

Okay guys. So I entered two acrylic pieces, Allergies and Upward in the Anna Maria art League's winter Art Show. I won second place! I don't even know which piece won. I received a ribbon and a huge thing of art supplies. I'm really excited.

Tonight was the opening of my art club at school's first Official Art Gallery. I was so happy, especially since I was one of the hostesses and all. The set up looked grand, it was so nice. We sold 8 or 9 pieces which is amazing considering how we crammed this together in a short time period! And we had around 80 entry pieces. Soo awesome.
I even had someone come up to me and ask me to sell a not for sale piece to them. I said "hey, why not" and sold it. x3 I was so proud. Especially since that piece was the one my mom hated. Hahahha. Yes.
I was so happy. It took forever to pack up though. Great evening. Can't wait for the next Gallery!

Okay so School's Started and personal art projects are going on hold for I'd say, 9 months? Yeah.
The acrylic series I started I want to try and keep going with in spare time though.
Ugm, I'll be posting my projects from Painting class, so a few new things are going to be submitted.
